Conquering Unique Challenges with Creative Compensation Strategies

Small businesses are faced with unique cash flow and manpower challenges. Both should be considered when designing employee benefit packages, but small group plans, which are considered “low return” by many agents, do not receive the level of attention and support that they desperately need. Business owners, who are busy with operations and ill-informed regarding coverage options, are left to blindly shop “off the shelf” solutions. The result is almost always the same—businesses overpay for coverage that simply is not liked or is not used.

Our History & Purpose

Benefit Advisors of Charleston appreciates small business challenges for what they are—opportunities to get creative. We can replace a poor performing health plan with custom tailored coverage that functions as a company asset, or we can assist with the implementation of other cost-saving tactics. This frees up cash that can be used to purchase benefits that employees truly value.

We are up-to-date and in-the-know regarding compliance standards and insurance products, and we are sincerely committed to understanding the unique needs of our clients. We aren’t just selling insurance products, we’re in the business of designing comprehensive compensation strategies that attract talent, retain talent and ultimately save money.

A complete benefits and HR program requires more than a health plan.

At BAC we take a look at your entire program to see where you may have gaps or where you may unknowingly be leaving money or opportunity on the table. Attracting and retaining the employees you really want in your company takes a thoughtful approach, and we’re here to help you with that.
